This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, we faced serious issues. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff repeatedly told us that they could not find our booking. The check-in process took a very long time, and the reservation was only eventually found after a long wait, making the beginning of our stay extremely stressful and frustrating.
The customer service throughout our stay was very poor. Staff were often unhelpful and did not respond to our requests in a reasonable amount of time. For example, when we requested a baby cot, we had to wait four to five hours to receive it. In general, every request was significantly delayed, and we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously.
The room itself also had issues, as the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed properly.
The breakfast was not good and did not meet expectations, especially for my wife, who was very disappointed with the quality and variety.
Housekeeping was also very disappointing. Staff entered the room without proper notice or knocking, even when we were sleeping, which was very intrusive and unacceptable.
The worst part of our stay was the constant noise. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, there was continuous disturbance, including noise from children and other guests, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
