This was a very nice place to stay, very upscale and clean. Nice people working there, efficient front desk. The room were big and the fireplaces such a nice touch. Took the chill out of the air. WE LOVED the bunnies. So sweet.
My only huge complaint is that we booked through Hotels.com way months in advance. We were booked at the an expensive room rate. ( Hotels.com will not let me tell you the rate. per night.) Once we arrived we tried to book a room for our daughter. The room was now $70.00 cheaper per night. I asked the manager Tabitha for a credit for the difference especially since we were staying for 5 nights. She said no. I asked if we could check out paying the higher price for the first night then get the lower rate for the rest of the stay. She confirmed we were staying in the same room type. She said she would then have to charge us a one night late cancel fee. So we ended up paying $350.00 more than someone booking shorter notice. I think this is BS and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I won't go back to this property. Their rules and policies are ridiculous.
