When I arrived the front clerk told me that was some kind of issue with the Expedia reservations getting into the hotel's system and asked me to cancel my reservation with expedia and do it again with her.
I have nothing to do with system's problems. She should check me in and solve it internally. In the end everything worked out fine (she somehow managed to pull the reservation on the system). But the idea of an internal system problem having to be resolved by the client is unnaceptable for me.
