We booked the room with the jacuzzi in room and were very disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and took a very long time to fill as the hot water ran out very quickly and when we finally got it filled it wouldn’t turn on. After multiple calls with the desk we were informed we needed to talk to management in the morning. Upon checkout we were informed we were already given a refund for the majority of the room. Night staff was not helpful but management was quick to handle the problem. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was in a great place close to an amazing restaurant/inn just down the road we had dinner at and the airport diner we had breakfast at the next morning.
