After a less than desirable night at another local hotel we called this hotel at 7:30am to see if they would have a room we could immediately get into. We explained our situation at our current hotel and they just told us to come on over right away, 'we've got you'. As soon as we walked in the door, they knew who we were, what our situation was, and were ready immediately to check us in. They encouraged us and our young children to have breakfast and relax. The hotel was clean. The pool and hot tub were simple, but clean and plenty of towels available, the kids had an amazing time. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast, but quickly refilled and clean. They had coffee machines that ground and brewed coffee on demand and was the best cup of hotel coffee I've had in many years. All the hotel staff we encountered were very pleasant, kind, and helpful. Switching to this hotel made our entire weekend better.
