The room was neat and clean. The Lodge room was the least expensive at the time. It's January and cold and the heater was very loud, 5 feet from us in bed. It woke us up every 30 min. for 4 hours until we just turned it off and slept in the cold. They did have extra blankets in the closet and we were not uncomfortable. The mattress sagged in the middle. When we first showed up around 8 pm, in which their late after hours check in when just fine, we found another couple in our room. They thought their room was 19 not 14 because they mis red the 4. However, the fact their card key opened our door quite disconcerting. The next day we went to the office and explained what happened. The help was polite and gave us two new keys. But, there was trouble getting the key card to process correctly and after some time, she handed over two new keys. Upon return to the room I tried one key to make sure it worked, and it did. We went to dinner and came back late to find the key card (the second one I didn't try) didn't work and we were locked out of the room. The office is only open and there is only staff on site from 10am to 5pm. So, we called the management office and the after hours answering service answered. They put us on hold, called the management, got back to us telling us to use the emergency card key in a lock box on site. It worked and we were back in the room. So if cheep is your goal, this place is adequate.
