I was extremely disappointed in this hotel and expected much more from a Hilton property.
The room was not clean. There were things, like the carpet for example, that you could tell was old and made you want to wear shoes the whole time as well as the floor that wasn’t swept or mopped. I didn’t want to sit on the couch or chair without a towel. It just felt dirty.
When I checked in, there was a long black hair on the bathroom counter in my room. I called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to clean. The woman came with a dry rag and a vacuum. No cleaning supplies at all. She wiped the dry rag across the bathroom counter and vacuumed. That was it.
The drawers to the dresser didn’t open very wide (maybe 6 inches) cuz the bed is in the way, which also made it hard to walk to that side of the bed.
The AC worked well, but sounded like a jet plane taking off when it turned on which made it difficult to sleep through.
The tub handle is so loose it feels like it will fall off.
Christina was the only front desk person who was super helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast good and free. But I won’t be back and was very disappointed in the value of what we got for the cost of the room.
