Checked in on 1/31-2/1 with a third party booking. Desk associate seemed upset about it and became rude. Unaware of name because she was out of uniform, no name tag and improper footwear. I was charged $100 for incidentals, in two transactions. I extended my stay for an additional night, 2/1-2/2. I went out for breakfast with my son and while out the next agent called me several times to chastise me that I didn’t do this and I should have done that. I was not aware and did what I was instructed by the other rep. I was to bring my physical card in, which they did have on file from incidental and earlier. She ran card multiple times, for a higher rate than I was quoted, no names provided again. I stopped at the desk and son went to the room. Key was deactivated and when he asked HSK if he could get in, he was rudely told NO, lady at desk said you no pay! He said I was at the desk taking care of it, again he was told NO. Front desk was telling me that my card declined with no regard to the guest behind me. Embarrassing!! She stated there was no incidental hold, so I was charged an additional $25. She told me that she had checked me out properly, unlike the young girls that worked there, and money would be released within 3 days. Room had been entered while we were out, things were touched and moved around…. UNACCEPTABLE!! I checked out 2/2. $25 was released 2/3, where is my $100? Property and customer service said 3-5 days. Day 5 money still hasn’t released!
