The emails that I received from them prior to the check-in were excessive. Multiple emails on the check-in/check-out time, pet policy, booking the room directly with them is better than booking it on hotels.com, deposit, prepay. I received average 2 messages/emails daily from them prior to our check-in. Really.. One email includes everything seems plenty.
In the room, the AC/heater is inside of the bathroom. It took a long time to warm up the room.
It is an outdated hotel.
The king size bed that we had was soft and very uncomfortable.
It comes with free breakfast. I did not go. My boyfriend brought me a cup of black coffee. I drink coffee everyday. I dunno what consider a good coffee. But I had the worst black coffee ever at this place. Please get your coffee somewhere else if you are reading this.
The sauna and hot tube are nice.
Staffs are helpful!
