Fantastic location near everything.
We hade a room facing the small alley on the side of the hotel. That was perfect as the square/beach side is very noisy in the evenings due to VERY loud music from a night club nearby. That's outside and on the balcony but at least our room was quiet when you closed the balcony door, so no problems to sleep.
On the tiny balcony there's only one large chair. I suggest strongly replacing it with 2 small stools. We moved around the furniture a bit temporarily in the evenings and managed to create a better setup where we were able to sit and have a snack watching outside life in the alley.
The breakfast buffé was nice, Turkish style. Not much variation though from day to day. Avoid the chairs outside, they were covered with cat hair.
We appreciated a lot the opportunity to have access to the pool and the private beach of Akkan Beach Hotel, the sister hotel quite near by. The combination was awesome and made our stay feel much more luxurious.
The worst thing with this, otherwise nice, hotel was the poor wifi in the room. The access point was too far away, near the stairs. Sometimes at night the connection was ok on one side of the bed but usually you had to leave the room and stand in the hallway near the access point. Needless to say, wifi on the balcony was zero. However, wifi was fine at the reception and at the breakfast tables near by.
We would definitively stay here again.
