Front desk manager VERY RUDE
I stay in this hotel a few weeks ago. I booked via third party and paid with a “third party card” I did not have to pay a deposit just a $20 incidental fee and was given my room key. I tried using this hotel again and booked before getting there after HOURS of traveling and was told I had to pay $250 deposit which was weird being I didn’t have to do that a few weeks ago. I then tried to pay the fee and was told I could not use my “third party card” which is chime. Mind you it’s the same card I booked with last time I stayed there a few weeks ago and the same card I paid with to book. Because the hotel does not take chime I was turned around and denied a refund when it was NOT MY FAULT! Hotels.com wanted to give me a refund because they know it’s not my fault but they needed and approval from the general manager whom DENIED it! That was literally my last! Me and my children had to sleep in my car overnight until I got paid again! The fact that they kept my $162 simply because they don’t take my card is crazy, disgusting and inconsiderate. The girl that was at the desk was extremely rude and defensive for no reason. The manager was nonchalant and came downstairs in house shoes VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I will be reaching higher up until this is resolved! Hotels.com even stated how rude these people were.
