Location is actually not bad, the price is quite reasonable, and it’s very convenient in the old town area — I booked the hotel to give it a try.
I hope the hotel can make the following improvements:
1. The staff are generally very polite, considerate and attentive (especially the female colleagues), but some employees’ English is rather poor, which causes communication problems. Not only do they fail to understand guests’ needs, some of their ways of handling situations confuse or even anger customers. It may also be because they are really busy and not yet able to respond adequately to guests’ needs.
2. There are no chairs in the room, the space is very limited, and it differs somewhat from the photos. From the pictures I expected the room to have a window, but it turned out to be sealed and covered with curtains.
3. Several times there has not been enough hot water when showering, and on one occasion the shower drain was blocked, causing the bathroom to flood.
4. The hair dryer is not powerful enough; if it’s important to you, bring your own.
5. The front desk had originally promised to do a morning call at a certain time but ended up doing it 15 minutes late.
