Outstanding stay from start to finish.
I was greeted by Ezequiel from bell services. He has worked at the property for many years and still delivers warm, genuine service. He welcomes guests with the energy of someone excited to be there. It sets the tone immediately.
Registration was fast and seamless. The front desk already had all reservation details from Hotels.com. No delays. No back and forth.
The room exceeded expectations. The view was beautiful. The room was quiet, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Rest came easy. There were plenty of outlets to charge phones and devices, which shows attention to real guest needs.
Every employee went above and beyond. Staff members were attentive, proactive, and clearly proud of their work. You feel taken care of at every step. The operation feels organized and calm.
Pools and restaurants were excellent. They never felt crowded. Service remained consistent throughout the stay.
