We were here two nights and here’s our mixed experience:
- Kids pooped in the pool both days, staff only scooped out the poop and didn’t have kids get out. Kids continued to swim in the pool both days.
- I don’t know why they even pay lifeguards because the lifeguards don’t watch the pools. They sit in the corner with AirPods and eat snacks. A kid walked into the pool that couldn’t swim and the only people who reacted were guests at the pool, not the lifeguard.
- Arcade card machine was down and ended up taking money from numerous people. Instead of offering refunds, they just gave a card worth that balance plus some later in the evening (which we couldn’t use).
- Construction is going on in the lobby area, so that’s closed. There was no noise from the construction though.
- Food at the restaurant is good, although service was slow.
- Rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. Lots of parking and location was good.
