Faced so many Bed Bugs in room. Have pictures to show. Call customer service no response all night. Nobody in the office and they will not pickup phone also. Have to sleep in my car in such a cold night. Bathroom shower was not working. Need repairs in whole room.

Besoin de rénovation et de nettoyage
Avaliação verificada

When we arrived, there was one dirty pillowcase, the TV didn’t work and the desk was not able to resolve the issue, the towel rack in the bathroom had fallen off the wall, the faucets in the sink were loose, the bed frame was very old and creaked loudly every time someone moved, the mattress was rock hard, and there was a heavy layer of dust on some items in the room (ex power bar). When we attempted to check out the next morning, the office was locked and there was therefore no access to the breakfast bar. The one good thing was the shower head and hot water. The photos online don’t look much like the rundown room we were given.

Thankful for a Place to Stay, but Room for Improvement During a very busy October weekend, this hotel was the only one we could find with availability for miles! While the price was definitely on the high side for what the hotel offered, we were grateful to have a place to stay. On the positive side, the bed and shower were clean, which is always appreciated. However, the rooms could certainly benefit from some updating. One suggestion would be to replace the carpeting with laminate flooring. Not only would this give the rooms a fresher, more modern appearance, but it would also make them feel much cleaner and easier to maintain. Overall, we were thankful to find a room when accommodations were nearly impossible to come by. With a few simple improvements, this hotel could offer a much better experience for the price.

Upon check in there was no one in the office and we had to call someone who told us our room keys were in the mailbox. We had 3 rooms reserved and all our rooms were in different parts of the complex. Conditions of all rooms were very subpar, one room the floors appeared to have not been cleaned, some lamps did not work, it took several minutes for the water to get warm to take a shower, not stocked with proper number of towels and there’s more. In the morning we complained to the attendant in office and he responded to take the issue up with Expedia.com. In closing it was a very disappointing experience and we would not recommend this place for anyone to stay at.

The first room they gave me smelled really moldy. It was really close to the road so I heard everything. Fortunately, they moved me to another room. The second room was OK fairly clean. The walls were really thin. I could hear my neighbors on both sides pretty clearly on the one side. They were up most of the night till at least three or four in the morning. Only one window opened, the window in the bathroom was painted shut. I would not stay there ever again.

I parked right in front of my room... hotel is older. Was close to a lot to do. There were no outlets in my bathroom so I had to straighten my hair on the bed. The bathtub was very small and I guess stained... bathroom door was very loud and woke up my son. But it was convenient and safe so over all great.

This place looks like your typical New England roadside motel, and I’ve stayed in a lot of those, but the Gorham Motor Inn still surprised me: Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room. Everything you need for a weekend in the mountains. Would definitely stay here again

We were blessed to arrive very late, and able to easily get into the room quickly. It was a little dated, but comfortable for a short stay, Met the lady that booked us for the extra night, and that was a pleasant thing, as well.
