This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve had, and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
Service was consistently poor from start to finish. There were lines for everything, and the front desk always seemed backed up and disorganized. Even something simple like coordinating our one complimentary meal at the restaurant turned into a 30-minute wait while staff tried to sort it out.
Transportation was another headache — both of our shuttles to and from the resort were mishandled, adding unnecessary stress to the trip.
The room itself was disappointing. It wasn’t clean, there were paint drippings all over the screens, and the shower floor actually sloped toward the bathroom door instead of the drain, so we had to rush showers to avoid flooding the bathroom. On top of that, construction noise with jackhammers made it hard to relax, and our deck opened directly toward a pool full of screaming kids, which meant constant noise.
Overall, the property felt poorly managed and disorganized, and the experience fell far below expectations. I would not return. I had more but you get the point.
