Hotels.com failed in evey way. We were getting close to town and booked our room last minute. In the middle of booking the website said there is a problem on their end so we couldn’t book the room because service was spotty. He booked a room shortly later because we never got a confirmation via email or through the website. We arrived to the hotel, and they informed me I had two rooms, which was shocking I then spent the next 90 minutes talking to numerous people on the app only to see that my request was denied a refund for the second room which I never booked. It ruined the evening of my wife and I. I have never experienced this with hotels.com as a longtime member. I can’t believe the level of incompetence from your company in regards to your mistake, which I am currently paying for.
