Everytime I stay at a hotel, there's always an issue with something. Hotel rooms are used by hundreds of people every year. I expect wear and tear. I judge the hotel based on overall appearance and the staff/assistance. One of the pictures in the room was too heavy for the frame and the top of the frame had bent. Some of the wallpapers was peeling and bubbled up, and the microwave was damage and curcuiting. However, the staff at the front desk came up and inspected it and brought us a new one. I checked for bed bugs, as I usually do upon entering thr room.and there' were no signs of them. The TV was an updated updated one with access to streaming apps, making it more enjoyable for my kids and I. They came to clean the room the following day. I declined the service but it was nice to see that they were on top of things. Overall it was a good stay. Worthy of 4 stars. I don't think I'd give any place 5 stars unless everything was almost perfect. It was a good hotel for thr price. I would stay again and may v3ry well stay there again in the future.
