This is the place to stay when visiting Niagara on the lake. It’s a charming B&B with an excellent location. The host is very friendly and helpful and makes the most delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back if we shall visit this area again.

What a lovely home away from home and excellent breakfast - healthy / balanced plus the ability to eat at “home” was a plus!

The main floor bedroom that we stayed at was clean, roomy and could easily accommodate two couples. Anca's breakfast was excellent (we asked for gluten free). The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and an easy walk to the main strip.

Anca was great. From the pre-arrival information through our departure, very helpful and communicative. She made wonderful breakfasts each morning. The space was exactly what we needed. The physical location was great that allowed driving easily to attractions and walking to the downtown area for coffee and dinner. We had a great time. Thanks Anca!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Anca, made us feel like family. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our time there. And the breakfast … absolutely out of this world! Every single breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with so much care and attention. The house was spotless, comfortable, and in an excellent location, close to everything we wanted to see while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. It’s rare to find a place that feels so special, and so much of that is thanks to the amazing hospitality of the Anca. If we’re ever back in the area, there is no question that we will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

So wonderful to stay in an entire suite of rooms including a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Breakfast was served by the host in our kitchen and was absolutely delicious on both mornings. The rooms were comfortable, ceiling fans helped keep things cool, lots of coffee/tea and little chocolates for us to enjoy.

I cannot recommend this B&B enough. The location is perfect - an easy walk to everything but in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Our host was friendly, welcoming, informative, kind, generous, and very helpful. The property is sparkling clean and spacious. So many thoughtful additions throughout to make your stay enjoyable. Great stay here! My girlfriend and I had the upper floor of this lovely home close to downtown Niagara-on-the-lake. Had everything we needed, 2 queen beds, our own livingroom, kitchen and bathroom. Anca was a great hostess, delivered us a hot delicious breakfast each morning of our stay. Would highly recommend. Good value!

The property is in a great location. Its less than a mile from downtown, it's an easy walk, easy to navigate. We stayed on the 2nd floor. It sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a small living/sitting area with a TV. There is also a small kitchenette. Full size fridge, coffee makers, and a microwave. They supply dishes, etc. Communication with the owner is excellent. Texting or via the Expedia communication is quick and responsive. The owner is super polite and accommodating. Her breakfast are very good and portions are adequate. The water pressure is nice and gets to a hot temperature. It was a little warm (you can not control the air). But there are ceiling fans in every room. I would recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. For the price you are getting a great deal.
