Check-in was friendly and efficient, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was disappointing. We arrived 45 minutes before closing and found only two sausages and a small amount of scrambled eggs, barely enough for two servings. There was no milk, the waffle mix was empty, and several other items were either depleted or missing altogether.
We waited 20–30 minutes, hoping someone would replenish the food, but no staff appeared. As closing time approached, we asked the front desk associate, who had been present the entire time but appeared occupied with his phone, if breakfast would be restocked. He informed us that they do not refill items within 10 minutes of closing. At that point, he stood up, but we had already decided to leave and find a restaurant.
It was unfortunate to start the day with such limited options and a lack of attentiveness, especially given how early we arrived. I hope management considers improving the breakfast service and staff responsiveness.
