Owners husband and wife aren't very friendly. Had a go at the kids a few times... cockroaches everywhere. Sheets and towels put outside to air instead of changed. Our air conditioner was blowing out warm air! Entertainment only 3 nights a week. Wont go back.

Hylatio Tourist Village Family vacation 5 nights

Family vacation 5 nights We book for all include package and it was a very good deal ( 3 meals a day , Selection of drinks and alcohol, ice cream) Wonderful and welcoming staff, Comfortable pool for children and adults. Lots of wasps everywhere including the dining and pool areas (Allergic to wasps, beware) A few minutes’ walk from the beach and grocery store Great family vacation

Really nice property, the pool area with bar and lounge area is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms with kitchenette (although no stove or microwave), are clean and comfortable and have a balcony with chairs and table. On-site coin-operated laundry.

Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!

Uns gefiel der große kostenlos zum Hotel gehörende Parkplatz. Check in war unkompliziert. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren zweistöckigen Reihenhäusern, in einer sehr hübschen Gartenanlage. Der Pool war groß genug, allerdings standen die Liegen dicht beieinander mit Schirm. Es gab aber auch noch in der Nähe des Pools ein Pavillon mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Polsterliegen die man sich auf den Rasen legen könnte. Wir hatten eine Studio Wohnung mit kleiner Küche, es war Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, ein Wasserkocher ,Toaster vorhanden und ein Geschirrtuch, aber nicht's zum abwaschen. Es gibt kein TV. Einen Fön kann man sich an der Rezeption holen. Auch wichtig, es sind nur dreipolige Steckdosen im Zimmer, Adapter mitbringen. Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer täglich, nur einmal in unserem dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt nicht. Handtücher gab es alle 2 Tage, wurden eigenständig gewechselt. Bettwäsche wurde regelmäßig gewechselt. Danke nochmal an unseren wirklich sehr freundlichen Housekeeper. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück war hauptsächlich der Britischen Gäste angepasst, uns fehlte nur eine größere Auswahl beim Brot/Brötchen. Abendessen gab es , wie auch das Frühstück, in Buffetform. Nicht riesig, aber es wechselte täglich. Die Speisen war eher asiatisch. Das meiste Personal kam aus Nepal. Vielen Dank nochmal an die supernette Servicekraft. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es ist ein Steinstrand. Wir haben aber die Strände in Limassol genutzt, auch weil wir Familie in Limassol haben.

Ok for a day

Ok apartment. Nice pool, Good for kids to play. Food was terrible, we only had breakfast, and were lucky that we dident take all inclusive! I can not recomend it.

another fabulous break at the Hylatio

Lovely family run holiday village. Low rise apartments in beautiful garden setting around a pool. The rooms and gardens are very well maintained. There is an excellent choice of hot and cold buffet options at breakfast - we were only B&B so I can't comment about the lunch and dinner options. We have a 2 storey accomodation with a double sofa bed on the ground floor living area and a double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Both the ground and first floor had a balcony/terrace. We have stayed here a few times now and keep coming back as we are made to feel very welcome. We love it here

My family (husband, wife, and two teenagers) had a truly memorable time at Hylatio Tourist Village in August. We loved the place, the food, the staff, the close proximity to the beach and shops. True, no shampoos and such were provided but it's very easy to buy these basic items from a shop not too far away or just bring them with you. There was even a shelf full of books for us. The only criticism we have is concerning the housekeeping. During our one-week stay, the housekeeper only came twice. One time she made up one bed and left the others unmade and the other time, she just put some new towels on the beds and that's it. I would have liked to see the bathroom cleaned and the floor swept at the very least (I finally gave up waiting and did them myself). But judging from other reviews that say that they had daily cleaning sessions, I suspect that it was the housekeeper assigned to our room who simply didn't feel up to it. I would often spot her near our room talking endlessly on the phone. One time she left two huge bags of dirty towels in front of our door almost tripping us and just forgot about them I guess for the entire day. But other than that, we loved Hylatio and will certainly be going back.

Great family break

This was our 3rd stay here and I cannot rate it highly enough. The rooms are a good sized, with decent kitchen equipment and plenty of towels. The pool is lovely and clean with plenty of loungers. The gardens and grounds are lovely and really well looked after. The breakfast buffet has a good range of hot and cold choices. We love it here and will be back soon
