DO NOT STAY HERE
Advertised that the rooms had A/C but it did not work at all. Says free breakfast on the sign but there wasnāt one. None of the power outlets worked in my room and we had no hot water. I had a group block of 6 rooms and every room had issues. I had to purchase cleaner and clean the bathroom myself as it was disgusting. They left 2 towels in the room for 2 adults and 2 kids.
The hotel had people fighting in it all night long and the smell was really bad. There was a guy smoking weed in the hallway and they did nothing about it.
I asked numerous times for the situations to be rectified but nothing happened after the staff at the front desk promised it would be fixed. We finally got a phone call at 1:30am our last night there to switch rooms. This is very unacceptable.
I spent almost $3000 on 6 rooms and they would not even refund one room to go stay somewhere else. I am going to contact hotels.com next and see if they can get it rectified before I take other steps to get some of my money back. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen in 45 years. Itās so run down and disgusting.
