We needed 2 rooms on a busy weekend in Eugene (just a place to sleep after an event). $800 to $1000 for 1 night was what we were facing, and that was not happening. This place fit the bill.

Wifi was down when I arrived so there was a line up out the door of people waiting to check in. Got my key, got into the room and was completely underwhelmed. It was clean, I'll say that. The bed was small and uncomfortable, there were several wires and electrical cords hanging down from behind the TV, the tv was mounted crooked so I kept feeling like I had to tilt my head to the right to watch it, the remote control didn't work to turn the tv on/off or for volume control, the minifridge was turned down so low it froze my sodas, the microdesk/workstation/tv mount thingy had exactly zero plugins for my laptop, the desk chair was easily the most uncomfortable thing I've sat on that wasn't designed for some other purpose. All of which is aggravating but not terribly surprising and all I really wanted was someplace to sleep, which would have been fine except for the people that decided to stand in the breezeway at 0630 having one of those conversations from two feet apart where the participants apparently are required to bellow at one another. After my late workday arrival back at my room, waking up at 0630 on a Saturday when I have another 300 miles to drive was not a pleasant experience. Also the shower made me check for my meds and grippy socks. If you're desperate and that's what's left, it's an option I guess. I'd probably choose to sleep in my car next time.

It was a Motel 6 I got it because it was close to the freeway and the cheapest I could find. I am at the end of trip I spent way more money than I planned and the room was exactly what I paid for somewhere to lay my head.

I had 2 rooms when was for 7 ppl. Found out they are going through a remolded. First room: There were hand prints on the ceiling along with a stain on the sheets. The blankets are thin. The beds are not soft. Second room: the water sound going through the ceiling keeps you up. Both room tvs are disconnected. The remotes not working for them. The rooms supposed to come with microwaves mine didnā€™t have one. Was told they are phasing out them. Had to ask for blankets and was told they are on order. I asked for our rooms to be close together since we had kids with us. They were separated between stairwells. Even the pool was green. Overall I canā€™t see myself staying there again. It would have been nice to be informed of certain things when checking in or even on their website stating going through a remolded.

Basic at best. Sheets looked dirty. Paid for a room with a fridge, didn't get it. Air conditioning didn't work, fan runs but doesn't cool the room down.

The room was terrible. The beds were uncomfortable. The showerhead sprayed so wide it soaked the whole bathroom and the toilet seat. The sink faucet was loose and the spray on that was so wide that it sprayed all over the counter and the front of you when used it the air conditioning did not work. They offered us a plug-in box fan to use that was also broken. There was a couple rooms down from us people that were buying drugs. The overhead lights in the room would not shut off when we asked the front desk about it. She said well thereā€™s nothing I can do about it very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Highly recommend do not stay there.

Why are there two remotes in the room? One was needed to turn on the tv and adjust volume, and the other was needed to change channels. Why was there a forklift parked in front of my room? Why no coffee available on Monday? Staff was responsive and room was nice enough and the location was conveniently located (near the freeway). Nothing terrible, but there is room for improvement.

The staff did their best they said several employees called in saying that they would not be at work. We arrived exhausted and just wanted to go to our room it was almost 4 pm and check in time wads 3pm by 5pm I said we need to go to our room they said they were washing the blankets we said we didnā€™t care and when the blankets were ready we would make our own beds then there was no air conditioner on they said the weather had been cool but we are used to air conditioning and thatā€™s what they advertised the phone did not work that meant a long walk to the office as we are both handicapped we decided to let it go The people in the next room were so loud all through the night.I will mention that the staff were nice and were trying their best

Good for a no frills hotel. Customer service was ok. We booked over a month ago. Checked in hotel in the evening and was told there was only two rooms left either one with no cable connected or one that had a bucket for a water leak. We chose no tv. The room was clean. Bed was ok but could feel and hear springs pop up on bed when I moved. The no tv was an inconvenience but I'll live. I need a discount for next time!
