I feel the place could have been cleaner, smelled better, pillows weren't all lumpy, be nice to have an elevator to get to your room rather than having to do all that walking.

Staff unhelpful, rooms not kept up with
Upon check-in, the man at the front desk said I must pay a $50 desposit in cash only. I never have heard of that before and I rarely have cash on me. Then when I finally get to the room there was no remote at all for the tv. I asked for a remote only to find out the remote doesn't work at all for the tv. He did not know what else to do to help me or make it right. Then later noticed ants around the bed frame and a few other random bugs on the carpet. Absolute disappointing experience, even for the price.

Terrible Stay
The bed was terrible like a board with two pillows on king mattress, The air didn't work, Had to keep getting keys scanned to work, our door did not lock properly, Absolutely no Internet at all it was too weak to even try and connect, TV didn't work, Had to complain about our keys and finally switched to a new room late during the night on our second day and gave us keys again that didnt work so we made 5 trips to office to get our keys scanned, office man did not care at all like we bothered his night with a hot room and no tv..

Wouldn't stay again
Was not very clean. The floor looked like it wasn't swept. There looked to be blood on the wall. Also our last night there we found a roach climbing on the door. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold all over.

It was alright
We stayed 1 night so we could go to the dunes. The check in was good and quick. You do have to put a $50 deposit down which was fine but not mentioned until we got to the hotel. The surrounding area was pretty sketchy, the A/C was broken felt like it was about 75 in the room so it was pretty warm, the maids clean at night and you can hear the vacuum and everything thru the door. Wasnāt a bad room was very clean but bring a fan if you like to sleep in a cool room!

Great room for the price
The staff was very helpful. The room was fine and accommodated us for my handicap. A bit of a rough customer base but no problems.

I really don't know were to start other than the beginning. I had chosen to pay at the hotel upon arrival but yet somehow my card that I used to reserve it that I did not want to use to pay for it was charged. Also at check-in we were required to provide a $50 cash deposit. Luckily I had it on me or I would have had to use the ATM and be charged fees. The pillows were thinner than most comforters. On the second night our AC went out the staff did put us in a new room but it took checking out 7 rooms that all had issues most with ACs that did not work. We finally settled for a room that I had to leave the lid of the toilet tank to push down on the float to get the tank to fill after flushing.

I asked for Absolutely no smoke room and I got it. Room was splendidly clean utilities in there in perfect working order. Lobby is clean. The Third party operable soft drinks dispenser, needs to be better supervised. It sucked up my bills gave me change but no drinks. In totality the motel has my thumb up š
