Very good cottage in an excellent location

Everything you need, if a little dated. Good beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, good out door furniture. We thought it was on the beach, but is about 3 mins walk away. The best beach in the Caribbean and Sandy’s bar on the beach really makes it! Internet and wifi very intermittent and power goes out often. The road in is rough but doable, main shopping in Georgetown, and Santanas bar is a good local place not far away.

Wonderful beach villa

Amazing stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner even dropped off an anniversary gift, extra thoughtful! Small amenities like beach gear, tubes, snorkels were provided. A guide book to the area. All basic amenities like towels, soap, dishsoap were there. The cookwear and dishes were in good condition. Everything worked well. If I had to say a negative, there wasn't good water pressure, but that's to be expected on an island with well water. Bed was a tad hard, but definitely sleepable.

Great place, book it now!

We had such an amazing stay here. First off, it’s steps away from quite probably the most beautiful beach in the world. Clear waters as far as you can see, soft white sand, uncrowded, with a great bar at the entrance, and bioluminescent algae during night swimming. The villa itself perfectly suited our needs but it was Kamal’s great communication, directions, and care that really made this place special. He even brought cupcakes for my birthday! You’ll be happy here :) Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay and will be back soon

Our stay at tropical view villas was amazing, the location is just perfect the villa is on one of the best beaches in Exuma’s and the villa has everything you could ever need. Kamal who is the property manager was truly amazing and answered all our questions prior to us arriving and then when we arrived he came and introduced himself. If you want peace and quiet then I highly recommend this place. We are already looking to go back here and stay in January,

Private slice of exuma paradise!

We had a wonderful stay in hibiscus house; the location right by Tropic of Cancer beach is perfect. It’s a comfortable house with good WiFi and everything you need. Only things I’d mention to future guests is there is an additional cleaning fee that will he collected when you are there, I didn’t see that detail in the reservation and was caught off guard when the host showed up to collect it, but I had cash and it was fine. The road to the house off the hwy is quite bumpy & rough, we had a rental SUV so it was ok but a small car might struggle but could make it. The water from the taps in the house has a strong odor to it, this is common for the island and not a fault of the home, but worth mentioning for anyone new to exuma, the host provided a jug of bottled drinking water but you would want to buy / bring more from the market in Georgetown on your way to the house. Overall I would recommend and would stay there again!

Tropical paradise

Wonderful place to stay! Slight walk over to Tropic of Cancer beach. Beautiful blue water! House was perfect for my husband and I. Kamal was an excellent host. Recommend utilizing property rental car due to distance from Georgetown airport. Approximately 30 minutes.

Wanna get away ? This is the place . Away from the more touristy areas hop skip and a jump away from Tropic of Cancer Beach. All the amenities you need AC at the top of the list.

Beautiful little house close to the beach!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived and saw the house! It was very clean well-kept and had everything I needed. Kamal was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again without hesitation. I decided to extend my stay for two extra days and I moved to a larger house which was also very very nice! I will be going again next year for sure!

Paradise

We loved our stay here and Makek, the property manager, was very helpful and friendly. I would love to return one day. We had a nice breeze coming through the home and fell asleep to the sound of the waves.

Perfetta posizione di fronte a tropic of cancer beach. Sistemazione perfetta. Solo un po' sterrata la strada per arrivarci ma sono solo due minuti . Ne valgono la pena. :)

Tropical Paradise

We were thrilled with our stay here! Kamal replied to my emails promptly about how to connect once we arrived and gave us a very warm welcome once we arrived. He also provided a cell phone so we could make local contacts. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped to make our stay comfortable. The most beautiful beach on the island is just a few minutes walk from the house!

Grazioso appartamento a due passi dal mare

Appartamento situato in posizione ottima su una bellissima spiaggia. Siamo stati seguiti e consigliati dal locatore fin dalla prenotazione. Ottima accoglienza. Arredamento semplice ma confortevole dotato di tutto quello che serve, sia per quanto riguarda la zona cucina che per gli accessori per la spiaggia, addirittura secchiello e salvagente per eventuali bambini.

Great house steps from the beach

Perfect 3 bedroom 2 bath clean house just steps away from the amazing Tropic of Cancer beach. The owners were great and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The house has everything you need, just bring your personal items and your all set. I highly recommend this home in little Exuma.
