We stayed at the hotel for three weeks while my wife recovered from surgery nearby, and overall, it was a great experience.
From the start, Jarlin at the front desk was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, setting a positive tone for our stay. The breakfast and lunch staff were consistently warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home each day. Special thanks to David, who assisted with our luggage and was always available to share helpful information about the hotel’s amenities—he truly went above and beyond and is a real asset to the property.
The only downside was during the final week, when the TV’s internet connectivity stopped working, limiting access to streaming services like Netflix and YouTube—something particularly important for us given my wife was recovering in bed. While it was an inconvenience, the maintenance supervisor did issue a consumption credit, which we appreciated.
Despite the hiccup, the overall service and hospitality made this a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for long stays.
