Disappointed by Smoking Issues.
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by persistent smoking-related issues. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which lingered throughout my stay despite it being advertised as a non-smoking room. It made the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable.
Additionally, guests were frequently smoking just outside their rooms and in common areas that were clearly not designated for smoking. This not only violated hotel policy but also affected the air quality in the hallways and made it difficult to enjoy the facilities without being exposed to secondhand smoke.
While the staff were courteous and the location was convenient, the lack of enforcement around smoking policies significantly detracted from the overall experience. I hope management takes steps to address this issue more seriously—whether through better ventilation, stricter enforcement, or clearer signage—so future guests can enjoy a healthier and more pleasant stay
