When we arrived at the location we weren’t sent to recieve our keys and pay for the property we found that the reception was closed. After several attempts they finally answered the phone and told us to walk 15 minutes to another location to receive the keys, once we got to this location we were then sent to another location. After around 1 hour of carrying heavy bags around in hot weather and changing locations several times we got into the apartment to find that there was no hot water, the thermostat didn’t work, we had 1 towel between two of us, plug sockets were underneath the bed which was unreachable, lamps did not work, smart tv didn’t work as intended, wifi didn’t work well. No communication from hotel regarding these issues, had to contact hotel.com who out of a good will gesture provided compensation because they also couldn’t get through to the hotel. Shower handle kept falling off and wouldn’t turn to alter shower pressure. Horrific hotel would never stay again, don’t waste your money or time!!! I wouldn’t even be paid to stay here again it was that bad, it’s also not part of Cabot circus. We also contacted them in regard to parking because they had off road parking for guests at a fee and we had no response so we had to pay more money for parking for our stay.
