Formal Complaint About My Stay in Room 222
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived.
First, the front desk staff was notably rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for the rest of my stay. I was assigned Room 222, where the air conditioning unit made a loud, constant noise that made it nearly impossible to sleep.
The mattress was uncomfortably hard, and I woke up with back pain the following morning. On top of that, the neighboring room had loud altercations during the night, including yelling and what sounded like them throwing belongings — further disrupting any chance of rest.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, and the towels were stained, which is far below any reasonable standard for hygiene and comfort.
Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I believe it’s only fair to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that future guests are not subjected to similar conditions. I expect a response and some form of compensation for this extremely poor stay.
