I was charged for a suite, 1 king bed with sofa bed, accessible, jetted tub room for my stay. The room I was given was not the jetted tub room. I was told a jetted tub room was not available. The clerk contacted the general manager because there would be a price difference. I was told that the manager said I would have to contact Hotels.com and the issue would be resolved on Monday. Kudos to Hotels.com for issuing the difference in OneKeyCash after the hotel manager wouldn’t issue a refund in the reserved room and the provided room since we had stayed in the provided room.
The provided room lacked sufficient towels for 2 people. 1 hand wash towel. 1 bath wash cloth. No (0) bath floor towel, for safety concerns, a floor towel is needed. It did have 2 bath drying towels, but 2 per person is what is needed in my opinion. We did not address the towel issue with any of the staff.
