If you want to be treated like a roach, do NOT hesitate to go. Originally we booked a two queen bedroom but the air conditioner’s compresor was super loud and we asked for it to be checked or to change us to another available room. Even though the two techs agreed it was impossible to sleep there with the noise, the receptionist said there was NO issue with the room. With an attitude they asked if I was going to keep the room or they could try to get us another room. We obviously asked for the other room. The only one available was a single king bed. This next one was “ok” (not noisy thankfully) but overall they both were in really BAD condition. Looks like they do “minimal” maintenance.We were provided with almost clean linens and stinky towels. Get ready to get sore throat thanks to all the dust. Upon check out I asked if I was going to be refunded the difference of the downgrade, they said to speak with Expedia since the reservation was directly with them, and later on, Expedia said the hotel declined the refund request. I chose this hotel since my past experiences with Hyatt have been ALWAYS fenomenal. Unfortunately, this has been the absolute WORST.
