I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which got things off to a good start. However, there is no elevator, and accessing the upper floors requires climbing narrow, steep stairs—which was quite inconvenient, especially with luggage.
The room was reasonably clean, though not spotless, and overall just okay. The furnishings and infrastructure felt quite dated—not in a charming or vintage way, but more on the worn and tired side. The bathroom was especially small and felt quite claustrophobic.
On the positive side, the lobby and restaurant areas had a great atmosphere, which made spending time outside the room enjoyable. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the area.
If you're looking for a well-located hotel with character in the common areas and don’t mind sacrificing modern comfort, this might be a decent pick.
