The room was dirty when I arrived. It was clear the floors weren't cleaned and neither was the tub. The tub didnt drain water and when I requested that it get looked at the staff ignored me. I requested it a second time and their attempt to fix it did nothing. The tub still barely drained.
On top of this, for the first couple of days of my 16 night stay I had the do not disturb sign on my door. When I was ready for housekeeping to clean the room I removed it from the door. Multiple days went by where my room was ignored. When I went to the front desk about it I was told that I need to notify them when I want my room cleaned so they can tell housekeeping. I've never stayed at a hotel where that's the case.
Overall the service is poor and the room is not worth the price in its current condition.
