This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star. For the price I paid and the claim of being a "4-star resort," the experience was extremely disappointing with dirty facilities, poor service, and subpar food.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hotel is not maintained to acceptable standards. The basement level has an overpowering smell of mold as soon as amenities section doors open. The children's play area is literally falling apart with tape holding things together in many places, large holes in the netting, and it absolutely covered in dust. It felt like a health hazard, not a family-friendly space.
The pool area was equally unhygienic. Mold covered the poolside seating, the potted plants, and even the stairs leading to the children’s section. It's unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a high-end family resort.
In terms of the cleanliness of the building we were staying in, the staircases were filthy. They were covered in dust, hair, and even dead bugs. The windows were so stained with dirt that you could barely see through them, and the ledges were full of dead leaves and black spots. Walking on the carpet on the second floor kicked up clouds of dust. Even the outdoor gardens were neglected: unweeded, full of dead leaves, and scattered with fallen branches.
Our room was passable. The mattress seemed fairly new and comfortable, but the air was musty, and the bathroom had visible mold and grime. Worse, the room was not soundproof at all.
