We paid $480 for a two-night stay and booked a suite on the 6th floor. Unfortunately, the room itself had several serious issues.
The king-size mattress did not properly fit the bed frame, so every movement caused loud noise, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, feeling like sleeping on the floor. The room was also right next to the highway, and at night it sounded like we were sleeping next to a racetrack.
The toilet would not flush properly and had to be manually flushed. The hair dryer in the room did not work, and the replacement that was sent up literally caught on fire when turned on. There were also no outlets near the bed to charge phones or laptops, which is a basic expectation.
I brought these concerns to the front desk (Daisy), but the response was dismissive and made it seem like these issues were not her concern.
The only reason this stay received two stars instead of one is because the housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, and did their jobs exceptionally well. Unfortunately, great housekeeping alone does not make up for the overall condition of the room or the lack of support from the front desk.
