The property wasn’t ready, most of the property wasn’t available. Our room was on the bottom level. I had to have prior water damage. The television didn’t work the balcony door wouldn’t close. The bathroom had rust around the bathroom in and out the bathtub around the counter top. When you’re at a hotel or villa your supposed to receive towels and toilet paper. We had to walk over to the main building and request it the young lady gave attitude because we interrupted her scrolling on her phone. The next morning we went to get coffee and muffins into our surprise. The woman at the breakfast is over at 9:30. My Daughter said we don’t want breakfast We would just like a muffin and a cup of coffee. She then said it’s complementary and we close it down at 9:30.,the day before we had coffee & muffin at 11:00 how had a muffin and coffee the day before at 11:20 so how come we had breakfast is over when you’re on vacation who wakes up at 9:30 in the morning on vacation. A vacation is to rest and enjoy yourself. Manuel, the property manager was very accommodating show us a great locations. He was our driver and it was a beautiful experience.The property needs some serious upgrades. Thank you. I would love to come back after your renovations are completed. Maybe in April next year for Carnival. Can’t wait to see the change.
