Nice, clean, awesome place! Rich and healthy breakfast, wonderful staff! Particularly, many thanks to Steve, a reception administrator, who accommodated us after the long travel, without being able to check and respond to his messages on the road that were related to a computer problem with our reservation (which had to be cancelled in the meantime)! While I am happy to praise the Holiday Inn hotel, let me point out that HOTELS.COM FAILED to do their job in a reliable and professional way! Shame on you! Specifically, I mean up to the last moment, according to my Hotels.com account information, all appeared to be fine with my reservation. But it wasn't in real. And if I am to use your platform, I expect to have all correct and timely information from this platform only. In other words, HOTELS.COM, if you are unable to maintain and update real time information from your partners and communicate it fast to us, maybe you should consider doing another business, right?
