The staff was extremely rude upon check in.
We were told the room had air conditioning and could sleep 5, but upon arrival there was 1 king bed and 1 queen. When I asked where our 5th person was supposed to sleep, as we were charged $20 for having an extra person (and ok ages were input so you could easily see we had no infants or children under 5) I was told to pay $30 extra for a roll away bed.
Then the air conditioning in the room kept showing an error code and did not work our entire stay.
There was only 2 towels in the room and the hand soap was empty. When we asked for more the gentleman rudely rolled his eyes, slammed the door behind him and then brought the items back to me.
We had stayed here before with no problems or issues but this time was so unpleasant we definitely won’t be back.
So to recap, we have rude guest services, an AC that did not work, not enough towels, empty hand soap, and treated like an inconvenience when they didn’t make the room up properly.
Do better Sir.
As a business owner myself, this is not how you get return customers.
