I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this property. I arrived for my scheduled check-in and stood in the lobby for over one hour, and not a single staff member was present.
The level of neglect was staggering. I called the hotel’s phone number multiple times while standing at the front desk; I could literally hear the phone ringing right in front of me, yet no one ever came out from the back or answered. It felt like a ghost town.
After 60 minutes of waiting in an empty lobby, I had to contact the third-party booking site just to find a place to sleep for the night. Even the customer service representative from the booking site tried to call the property to resolve the issue, and they confirmed that no one would pick up the phone for them either.
I ended up having to scramble for last-minute accommodations elsewhere. On top of that, they had the nerve to say I was not in the correct place in response to my message! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you value your time and want to actually have a room to stay in, do not book here. They clearly have zero interest in guest service or even basic operations.
