Clean, central and quiet location

Well we were looking for a hotel, not expensive, yet good and centrally located. it's 400 meters off mariahilfger strasse . the U3 metro line is the same distance from the hotel (on the main srtrasse mentioned above). the hotel seems new. very big room for me and my wife. indoor closet, safe, coffee capsule machine etc. the breakfast is very good. In the lobby they have a coffee-tea machine you can drink all you want. Wifi very strong. If you need to park your car they have an underground parking. We left in the evening so storage of our luggage was very easy When we attended the receptions with questions they were very generous. They have as a very small selection of beverages and snacks should you feel like having something in the middle of the night. The main street has everything: shops, good restaurants, hot dog stands, pizza, little supermarket etc. Excellent by all means

Great hotel and good service. However my room was not spacious or luxurious as the photos. When I made a comment to the front desk, they responded with “ were not responsible for our marketing team .”when I asked about arranging a car transfer to airport they said to come down and they’d call a taxi. They had a framed signed featuring this service in the desk

The location of the hotel is pretty nice, not far from the city center and is easelly accessed with all kinds of public transport. The hotel itself was ok, nothing fancy, but clean and tidy. Breakfast was not the best I have had, but it is OK, especially given the price per night

Staff were not helpful. Balcony was covered in cigarette buds. Not happy

it was pleasant and excellently located by the main shopping street and near metro stations and other transportation facilities. the place was nice and clean, breakfast was good and staff very helpful and friendly. i recommend and would definitely revisit.

Good location, room is convenient for 2 persons, internet is good

This is a clean and modern hotel located near but not in the busy Vienna city center. Great price for this city and great location near train and subway stops. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby. Tour tickets can be purchased at the front desk. Parking for a fee is conveniently located in hotel lower level. Our room was comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast was very good!. We were very happy with this hotel choice in Vienna. Highly recommend.

The location was very close to the shopping and has an excellent loopy that has coffee machine for 24 hours. The air condition for one of our room was not cooling.
