The room had a definite order whenever we walked in. We actually sprayed perfume to mask the smell. The pool, the MAIN reason we chose this particular hotel, was closed the morning of our departure. When we left I asked why - it was because chemicals had to be added/or had been added because the pool "guy" didn't work on Sunday (we checked out Monday morning). Was it just laziness the sign wasn't taken down and we didn't get to swim. My 11 year-old-granddaughter was very disappointed, as was I. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The woman at the desk at check-in was not very friendly. The woman at the desk at check-out was MUCH friendlier and even offered my granddaughter candy. Felt like I was interrupting when I checked-in. The pool itself was very dark, not clear. Don't know why but we swam anyway. Overall, the beds were comfortable and we made the best of it. Room 409. You should figure out what the smell is and get rid of it.
