Do not stay here. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from people all around you. The PM desk manager told me “well just check out then, that’s the only way you’ll get a refund.” Ok it’s 9pm and my child is almost asleep. Your hotel is 90% empty - there’s no cars in the lot. Why can’t you space people out to avoid this issue.
Bathroom was moldy. Shower had hair in it and dirty hand prints on the walls. Sheets in bed were dirty-stained. Hair on the towels upon check in. I’m not switching rooms at 9pm to another that’s most likely the same dirty level because the same people are not cleaning well enough.
For Rhinelander WI this place is severely over priced at >$100/night and is more in line with a motel 6 worth like $70/night. Don’t stay here. Read and believe the other 1 star reviews too.
