Could tell they have worked on this property recently to update. That being said, walking barefoot on the floor turned our feet black. The transition from the shower to the bathroom floor was loose. The hair dryer did not work. One of the usb ports for charging did not work, there was drywall dust on the molding in the bathroom, and the pillows were like cinder blocks. Also I’m told the smell from breakfast made its way into our room as we were adjacent to the lobby/ breakfast area and there is a door adjoining the two that’s likely not well sealed.
The staff was very friendly and helped me with one issue I had. Also being right across the street from the beach was a huge plus. I’d think about staying somewhere else before coming back there but wouldn’t rule it out. Was just a lot of little things.
