The room that we were in was not clean a garbage can I guess was not emptied and it was tipped over and there was salad all over the floor which I cleaned up myself also we had called ahead and requested a smoking room with like lights we were told we were getting I believe it was the purple neon room and then when we got there it was a non-smoking room so they said that they had another room similar and when we got into the room it was completely disappointing.. especially that we were in the room that we originally wanted and then to go from that to what we were in was very upsetting. And we did not get any type of help from the person who checked us in to try to maybe get us another room if it was available we said that we would wait and get for the room that we originally requested and on top of everything it was the same price and the room was smaller and it was not what we originally wanted and paid for at the very least it should have been cheaper because it was a completely different room size wise everything wise and it was filthy
