Le personnel était tellement sympathique que je mets 5 étoiles. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L’hôtel est dans son jus, authentique et bien situé à Greenock. Le personnel est adorable et il y a du choix au ptit dej. Top pour une nuit ou plus en famille.

What a great wee hotel at a superb price. The staff went above and beyond. Continental breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. There was also a separate gluten free table with its own toaster and plenty of choices. Will definitely be back there again.

Good value hotel in Greenock including continental breakfast. The adjacent function room has free live music on Saturday nights, and hotel guests staying on the Saturday get a voucher for a free drink at the event.

Lovely hotel on the waterfront. Easy access to train station. Walking distance from town centre. Staff were lovely especial Kiara. Clean room. Only continental breakfast. Plenty of cafes around

The hotel is in need of an update, but that is reflected in the price (and on their website). The rooms are decent enough and the staff are helpful. Breakfast was all continental type self service, as much as you wanted to eat, so no complaints there. Don’t expect a room with a view or the latest furnishings and you won’t be disappointed.

we booked the family room with 2 double beds. the room was larger than expected, so quite comfortable for a family with 2 kids. BUT the corridor just outside of the room was smelling of weed. terrible if you have kids. The breakfast was lower than the average. Sea view through the window is nice and perfect location for an evening walk on the shore.

The room had basic furniture and the room was clean and was hovered every day with new towels. I was surprised one day my husband and I came back to find our pyjamas had been neatly folded and put on the bed. I missed having a hair dryer in the room and had to go out and buy a travel one. Most hotels and Premier Inns that my husband and I have stayed at supply a hairdryer. The breakfast was continental which we like. The mattress on the bed could have been a bit firmer but we managed. The staff were friendly. It was good value for money as our stay included breakfast. Also you could walk into town from the hotel.

This little hotel is a gem. We found ourselves next to the Beacon art centre too so that was great! Vicky was the main member of staff we dealt with and she was friendly from the start. When we went downstairs after surveying our very small bed (husband being 6ft tall…) in our first bedroom and asked if we could upgrade, she said they were full but had already decided to upgrade us for the next two nights. Everytime I chatted to her she was accommodating and helpful and after a bit of a miserable first night (not sleeping for more than just the beds fault!) we had a great couple of nights in the big family room. We’d book this room if we go back, which I hope we will! :-) The breakfast was billed as ‘continental’ but there was a huge array of food - just no proper decaf coffee but we’d taken our own! I was so plsd to find Greek yoghurt and gluten free granola! :-) Finally the sunrise was stunnng on our last morning and yes there is a sea view of sorts in that bedroom!

Staff is friendly, hotel located in front of sea with nice view. The kettle was dirty which staff changed for me on my request; The shower wasn’t draining so after one person had shower, no one else can step in as it’s like a pool. Asked reception but no assistance provided other than “sorry”. Bathroom floor got very wet after the shower so suggesting leaking somewhere.
