At check-in I got a receipt for a different (slight lower) amount than what I had already been charged online. I don't know if that was in addition to or instead of the online charge. I like it cool in the room for sleeping and even thought I had the AC set as low as it would go (62F), it never cooled to anywhere near that and in fact would shut off frequently. Neither the tub nor the sink drained properly, which suggests they've either never been cleaned (or staff would notice and do something about it) or nobody cares to fix it. Blinds didn't close completely and a porch light was on outside all night, so it didn't really get dark.
If the receipt I got at the desk was the right price, then all of this is acceptable. If the price I paid online was correct, it was too much. If what I paid was the total of both, then I'll be asking for a refund of about half of it.
