I booked my room on Expedia, there was no indication that there was a closing time for the front desk so I booked knowing my plane would not land until after midnight. When I arrived at the property, the doors were locked with a sign that said CLOSED. Another sign said "For check in, please call #" I called the number 5 times and knocked on the door. No answer, I had to get a last minute room at a much more expensive hotel down the street for the night. I am still trying to get a refund from Expedia or the property but I am having no luck so far.
