I booked this hotel specifically for a room with a bath before flying home and paid extra based on what was advertised on Hotels.com. This was the main reason for choosing this property.
On arrival, I was told the room did not include a bath and that I was expected to message the hotel separately after booking to request one. This was never stated during the booking process. I was then informed that no rooms with a bath were available and nothing could be done, meaning a paid-for amenity was not provided.
We reluctantly accepted the room. When attempting to shower, the water temperature could not be adjusted and ran only extremely hot. Staff attempted to fix the issue, but it returned shortly after. The same problem occurred again the following day, and despite further attempts, it could not be properly resolved.
We were eventually moved to another room where the shower worked slightly better, but the temperature fluctuated unpredictably between hot and cold and never stayed stable. Given the water temperature issues, this felt unsafe.
The property itself is also misleadingly advertised. The photos appear outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. Amenities advertised on the listing, including the café/restaurant, no longer exist and this is not disclosed. The front of the property is poorly maintained with multiple potholes.
This stay did not match what was advertised or paid for. Hotels.com should review the accuracy of this listing.
