Firstly, despite this places short comings, the staff are some of the nicest, helpful people you could find. They are an absolute credit to this place and the reason I didnt give a 1 star rating, they work so hard and try to give the best service they can.
Sadly the whole place is in need of a refurbish and a deep clean, stains on sort furnishings, huge chips out of the wooden furniture, kitchen cupboards dirty, even found an old used brillo pad in a kitchen draw, marks on the walls, kitchen floor was sticky, lighting in the room was limited and dark. Despite all of this, the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the staff were fantastic, get the place updated and this would be a great spot!
