We stayed the weekend before St. Patty’s in this hotel. Walking in on Friday, we noticed the hotel was slightly different from what the photos showed on hotels.com but things change with time and nothing seemed out of the sorts in a bad way. The staff I spoke with on Friday and Saturday were competent, friendly and very accommodating. Upon entering our room we noticed the carpet did not look vacuumed but thought it might just be an oversight as the hotels has a lot of rooms and we were informed the housekeeping was only there every other day. The “1 Double Sofa Bed” that was advertised on the website was in fact a pull out twin trundle bed on the floor, which unfortunately did not work for what we needed and forced some uncomfortable squashing into the Queen sizes for us. Nevertheless, we just went with the flow since we were only staying 3 nights.
On Sunday is when things took a turn, it started off with a man screaming at other guests in the hallway about closing doors at 10-10:30AM which is when most families are heading out or checking out for the day. I rolled my eyes and carried on as we had tickets to Legoland and wouldn’t be there for the day anyway. When we returned from Legoland, housekeeping at come to our room. We were excited the trash had been cleared(5 people including 3 kids made for a lot) and clean towels were restocked. Unfortunately, the room itself had not been cleaned. The floor had pieces of debris all over it, the bedding had not been change
