A true disaster.
Booked pickup from airport, but no one came. When arriving to the hotel at 3 o clock in the morning - there was no rooms available even though my reservation was booked, confirmed and paid via Hotels.
They send us to a hotel nearby where we could stay some hours (they needed the rooms for new guests) and the quality and standard was VERY low.
Came back to SG Hotel and spoke to the manager who offered a dinner and a drink which we did not accept. I demanded a cash refund which was accepted to be given at check out. When I checked out the manager was “not available” and I had to leave without any compensation.
I was there on business and it got heavily impacted by this incident with missing sleep, rescheduling of meetings etc.
This hotel has no place on Hotels.com who I by the way also tried to contact at night, but a poor connection made me loose my place in line and eventually I had to give up. Here a direct phone number would have helped me.
